Has anyone resolved this? Sent support a ticket last week, and haven’t heard back from anyone.

I ended up replacing TOC+ with Easy Table of Contents. It’s actually a fork of TOC+, but works just fine.

It doesn’t use shortcodes, so I only had to remove the old ones and it was up and running without trouble.

It also seems to updated more frequently.

Did you get this solved? I’m having the same problem, and it seems that other people have experienced the same issue for many months without a resolution.

You pointed me in the right direction – I’ve reported it to them… let’s see how quickly it gets fixed.

It wasn’t my google analytics plugin, but the JETPACK SITE STATS module that was causing errors! I guess I need to report this to them =)

Hmm, charts? Not that I’m aware of, unless the analytics/site stat plugins count.

Yup, I get:

I don’t believe that this plugin is causing the error, but the “retina” part of it did lead me here! hehe

Thanks Jordy. The reason I ask is because I have both wp-retina 2x and WP Rocket, but have noticed this error on my live site, but not my local dev site… I can’t find the source of the error and was hoping that anyone finding a solution might share what they did.

Did you solve the problem @souldfly999? I’m seeing the same after updating to WP 4.4. I have WP Rocket, but even when disabled, I get the same error (never did this before, even with WP Rocket running for months).

Thanks @leowebdev. After all these months, I’ve changed quite a bit on my backend, and I’m also running a different cache plugin (WP Rocket) and only run Cloudflare on the most basic settings. My page scores are high, and I’m satisfied with the performance – having seen the “parallelize downloads across hostnames” come up as a problem in recent tests, so I’m not going to worry so much about it now. .

I’d be interested to know if your functions.php hack helps others.

Having the same problem recently, and this plugin has been flawless before.

EDIT: Ok, so I noticed that it failed to save a few sizes (my themes main header), but the other sizes were fine. I checked, and it seems that the image’s starting resolution prevents it from cropping, so I doubled the image size, uploaded and re-cropped – now it works on all sizes.

I’ve noticed lots of cron jobs being created again. Damn. I’m going to reinstall the fix via plug-in and hope it goes away.
