Permalink manager plugin is causing issues with amp blog posts.If i deactivate the same its working .

This solution i have already tried. In the second blog page also the same post contents is showing up. First page and second page same contents. But in url its navigating to amp/page2. What could be the issue?

I have added redirection codes manually in htaccess file and things are seems to be working.

Now a new issue is popping up for amp pages like warning “Image size smaller than recommended size” . So is there any quick fix ? initially it was for 2 pages now it has affected 7 pages. BTW am using w3 total cache plugin.
