In reply to: [Sellsy] Impossible d’ajouter des champs personnalisésDepuis le compte Sellsy avec lequel a été créé l’application (API V1), j’ai accès aux champs personnalisés. De même qu’avec mon compte personnel Sellsy.
Lorsque je complète les champs disponibles d’un formulaire Sellsy, le contact se créé bien dans Prospect. Mais nous n’avons simplement pas possibilité d’ajouter le champ principal : champ de texte
Nous avons des clés API V1 que nous utilisons avec le plugin “WooCommerce to Sellsy”, pas API V2 (bêta). J’ai utilisé les mêmes clés pour configurer le plugin “Sellsy”.

– S’agit-il d’un formulaire de type “contact” ou “ticket de support” ?
De type Contact
– Si formulaire de type “contact”, ce dernier est configuré en tant que “prospect & opportunité” ou “prospect” ?
Seulement “prospect”

For the moment, I found only one image that cause a major problem :

To be honest, my request deals with a backlinks critical issue that impacts the root domain authority of verrecreations.fr, some spam backlink servers point to our images and are using this cache folder to keep images updated. If you have opportunity, exceptionally to flush the entire directory, it will be very appreciated.
