Yes, I just installed it from WordPress repository. And I installed the Ocean Extra plugin but I don’t see the Theme Panel.

I use PHP version 7.2. When I try to switch on 7.1 or 7.0 I receive an error: Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
Maybe I should try to reinstall WordPress again?
