In reply to: Installing wordpress from a WP DB BackupHas your problem been resolved?
It sounds like your original tables are present and not being overwritten by phpMyAdmin when you restored your database backup, which is why you’re still seeing the (I assume) Hello World post.
You’ll have to select all your tables starting with wp_ and “drop” them in phpMyAdmin. After that, try importing your backup again.
Just in case: If there’s any other applications using the database, be sure to back the database up again, in case you delete the wrong ones!

In reply to: Jetpack/Akismet ActivationWordPress.com is a separate service altogether, which is different from the WordPress installation offered by Bluehost. From what I can gather, you aren’t already actively using WordPress.com. It might be better off for you to sign up for a new account, and use that user ID for Jetpack and Akismet.

In reply to: Website Opened at https:// but after updation website crashedI went to check on your domain’s records, and it seems like https://www.yeshuvandana.com isn’t pointed at anything. This could suggest that your your domain name records aren’t configured properly.
Did you register your domain through your webhost? (I believe it’s hostinger.in.) If so, you’ll have to ask them to add a CNAME record pointing at yeshuvandana.com for you.
This should allow https://www.yeshuvandana.com to work just fine.

In reply to: New Live Deployment – Homepage and Admin Page ProblemI seem to be able to access your site just fine. https://smenation.com/wp-admin redirects me to the login page, and https://smenation.com shows me a page with a list of properties for sale/rent.
Have you tried accessing it from a different browser?

In reply to: Changed directory, website gone, what now?Your WordPress installation is thinking that the other files are still residing in the /wordpress directory due to its SITE_URL setting.
If you move all your files back into /wordpress, log into your installation and follow the instructions here to change the “WordPress address” setting before moving your files back out.

In reply to: wp-config.php problems. The key in between colon/semicolon and enter on the US Mac keyboard gives you straight quotes. If you copy/pasted your wp-config or edited it in a word processor, it was probably converted to curly quotes automagically somewhere along the way.

In reply to: Install WP on an outside server of primary site? Are you able to create a subdomain and point it to the new server instead? That might be an easier and more straightforward solution than using htaccess and rewrites.

In reply to: wp-config.php problems.I noticed that your database, username and password fields are enclosed by curly quotes (‘xxx’) instead of straight quotes (‘xxx’). That could be something to watch out for in the future.
