Hi,

you can try two things:
1. check, if there is a big file in the directory you want to backup. Files larger than 200 MB could let the backup fail. Delete this file or exclude it from the backup (Edit Job -> Tab Files)

2. have a look at this tutorial and experiment with the maximum script execution time https://docs.backwpup.com/article/157-job-restarts-due-to-inactivity-for-more-than-5-minutes

Hello Frank,

the zip-file generated by backwpup contains all the backup-files, not only the database. So please unzip the file first and upload only the database in phpMyAdmin.

It is WordPress 4.0 and Events Manager 5.5.3.1

This ist the answer from the theme support:

Looks like it’s from the plugin.
I see this JS error in Console.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘Autocomplete’ of undefined

And here’s the line that causes that error:

var autocomplete = new google.maps.places.Autocomplete(input[0]);

I think it can’t get a map or something.
So I will suggest you to contact the plugin developer, they should be able to fix it.

Can you fix this error?

The menu ist generated by the theme (child theme of explorable, elegant themes, no changes made on the menu).
