Do you have acces to the server? (Cpanel)?
1) LOGIN TO C PANEL
2) ENTER YOUR PUBLIC HTML DIRECTORY
3) GO TO SETTINGS (UPPER RIGHT CORNER)
4) SHOW HIDDEN DIRECTORIES (OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT)
5) GO TO PUBLIC HTML .MAINETANCE
6) REMOVE .MAINENANCE (REFRESH YOUR SITE)

After posting here i figured that it would be more of an issue for the conflicting party instead of you.

Thats good news, i wish it worked on ours too. Unfortunately it doesn’t, can’t find a solution on the troubleshooting page either. Anyway thanks for your help, really appreciate it.
I will sadly switch to another plugin for now, can’t run the site with a broken contact form.
If anyone has any ideas, shoot! If the issue is solved i will switch back because i prefer your plugin over the others. If i figured it out myself i will post the solution here.

Thanks for the fast response.
I tried, but it doesnt work.
When i deactivate antihacker it works, when i activate it doesnt.
I ticked the box you told me, emptied the cache just to be sure.

Any other suggestions?

By now i figured out the same after examining the log. It doesnt get reply back from the server that the zip is closed.
The customer who called in for help way too late had almost 1 GB images on a 1 GB serverspace.
Still after deleting some images and trying again it ran into an error again. How much space do we aproximately need to complete the backup? *the backup is getting stored on dropbox.
We are in a loop:
This client had not updated WPfor years:
So i wanto backup before 1)update Wp and bulkedit all images.
Apparantly we can only do things in a different order now.
1) edit images and make space
2) run a backup
3) update wordpress ( its on 3.something now, way overdue.

I even reinstalled the plugin.
Maybe i somehow removed the icon?
Do you reckon creating a new icon and name it the same and place it in the same path might solve it?

I Switched back to Twenty nineteen and took away all customizations.
I turned of all plugins and the problem still occurs.

That does not seem to work anymore with the new screenshot method In MAC OS. They’re not on the clipboard anymore.
Atleast it says it aint working.

I already tried and emptied the cache several times in Chrome mac OS. All other Chrome browsers do work fine. It is just this one.
Well good to hear that it works fine in yours, but mine aint working properly yet.
I dont know how to add a screenshot, but believe me…i just tried it again and the radiobuttons were gone. I can see the elements are there when i am inspecting. There is no CSS involved as far as i can see, but still it is not displaying.

Very odd bug.
I really dont know what the problem could be.
