when i go to add new theme
i recieved this error

“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

Also having issue in viewing the media library it does not load

No errors are getting logged even tried to enable debug still no luck no other plugins or themes are install its plain new wordpress installation

I have checked the error logs and even tried enabling debug but no solution is solving this issue.

It is not a permission issue or the file size. Tried all the ways i could solve this but no luck.

Yes tried deactivating all the plugins still the issue persist

Yes I installed a plugin AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages tried deactivating the plugin and check but the problem stil persist
