Thank you for the suggestion. Actually thats what I have been trying to avoid as it will erase all of my pins that are populated on Pinterest and my traffic will literally go back to zero. Do you have some other way to fix it? Without removing the already populated data, or some way to save the already created pins? Thank you.
Hi, Thank you for checking it. What do you suggest me to do now? I would have deleted the plugin and reinstalled it but it will delete all the auto generated product pins. So I would prefer if we could find a way to fix the current issue. Thank you once again for taking the time to check it.
Usually it use to show that the feed generation has been successful but as I mentioned it has been over a week that it’s still stuck on “feed generation will start shortly”.
I also noticed that the catalog pins have only one product image, a few weeks back I was able to see multiple images on the product pins. Hi, Thank you for the reply. Please find the screenshots attached. Apparently the feed generation is happening on the woocommerce status bar but on the plugin’s catalog page its stuck on the screen I shared below for over 10 days now.

Thank you for the prompt response. Unfortunately its still happening, I just tried moments ago and I am still getting the same error message, while on Openai its using my credits. I don’t really know what is causing it but its happening on almost all the products featuring a women’s dress, just now I tried for 6 products and I was able to get the description for only 1. The rest 5 keeps on giving the same error message time and again. I also tried to remove the openai API key and get a new one but it didnt help. I also tried to remove the plugin and reinstall it but the error is still here.
Please let me know what could help you in finding the error and fixing it. Thank you.
