Hello @wfpeter , thanks for such a quick and complete answer. You are right about RoundCube, it is normally installed outside the reseller accounts. This was a very uncommon situation when a custom installation was needed.

I did not find the options you mentioned about the Live Traffic.. as all I see are brute force logins attempts being blocked. Your suggestion about the “Learning Mode” did the trick. I turned Learning mode on, hit save button, then logged into RoundCube and forwarded a few messages. Then made Wordfence back to “Enable and Protecting” and hit save button again. E-mails are being forwarded are they should. This Learning Mode is a great feature. One less problem for me. Thanks a lot Peter! Wordfence could sell paid online classes for beguinners, maybe in Udemy or somewhere else like it. Have a great day Peter.

    PS:
For those who have a problem like this in the future, another possible fix to try would be to install the RoundCube or whathever script you need in a subdomain different of where WordPress is installed. Think of the subdomain like it was another domain hosted in the same host account. Obviously WordFence ‘Learning Mode’ is by far the easiest and faster solution.

Hello @omarce , no I did not have that message. This plugins did nothing at all in my website. I’m not saying this is a bad plugin, but perhaps its the Divi theme I’m using – from Elegant Themes. Pages, posts, projects and custom posts are shown like there were no restrictions at all. The only thing I got working was the warning about content only for logged users – I can do that within WordPress default commands.
If this would work, would save a lot of work.. but instead I will have to create a page for each user, made them private (logged users only) and put different password on each page, and tell each user his/her on passwrd.
If you have another idea, please share.

Hello @pluggedbean , have you found a solution for this yet? I’m also using Divi and the problem is still here. I asked ET for support but they just told me to come here. The developer website is down, domain for sale. I also tried other plugins, but no luck. My only idea is to use an iframe – not the best practice by far.

    Resolved.

I found some of the answers.
    1) I can translate myself using a plugin like Loko Translator.
    2) I tested the demo and found it.
    5) I found a plugin that creates custom fields – ACF.

    Still missing some answers.

Yes, something was odd in the translation help text, but now it’s make sense. Not sure which file I should name there, but definitely should be a file and not a label. I left it blank and now it’s working! Like I said, I was sure it was me and not a bug, lol.
    Thanks a lot!

My bad, sorry – so that’s the admin menu.
I deleted that 68 number, and now your plugin shows menu_position: "" , but there is no change in the admin menu. I tried disabling all other plugins, even Jetpack, and changed the active theme… but did not work either.
    Suggestions?

I’m trying to add a new item to the admin bar for the new CPT. Today there are Posts, Media, Pages, Comments, Projects and so on, each with its own submenus. As an example: a new CPT called “Customers’ (with its submenu items like All Customers, New Customer, Categories and Tags) – pretty much a clone of the “Post” in the admin bar.
If I understood your instructions, it should be almost automatically done if both “public” and “show_in_menu” are set as true. I know I’m missing something.

Wow.. no one beats an engineer when it comes save the day. Thanks to you I understood what was wrong. Basically is was an incompatibility between how the theme I’m using and Facebook plugin work with the featured image.
The theme uses a custom field for its slider, but that gets overruled by the featured image. So I can’t add a featured image to all pages. If I use the slider images as featured images, Facebook plugin won’t take them because of their size.

My manually added extra tag is a workaround, even when there is a featured image Facebook plugin lets me choose which miniature to use.
Also, to understand how the Facebook debugging tool works was vital.

    Case closed.
Thank you very much Happiness Engineer, from the Mechanical Engineer. ??

PS: “happiness engineer”… why I didn’t think of that title myself. ^^

Thank you for a so fast answer, Jeremy Herve.
I see JetPack’s sharing module added some Open Graph meta tags, but it seems “image” was not one of them for static pages. To be more exact, when sharing a post everything works (should my post’s image not big enough, the extra added op:image line force my logo as the thumbnail for that post in Facebook’s time line).

I knew about the debug tool, but I don’t know how to use it to clear Facebook’s cache. Here you can see Fecebook’s debugg tool have my url (home page – static) working right: link.

I just installed the SEO by Yoast plugin (quite complete plugin for SEO, thanks!), but even after setting some of it the problem still remains – I disabled it until I can fill all settings.

When I share in my time line my domain or my website true url, I get different results. I know I’m missing something here.

Thank you for answering so fast.
I will gladly help translating this great plugin to Portuguese BR. I see there is still a lot to translate, and Jetpack helps so much.

About my request, I made a search for the string and found it is already translated and marked as “current” (green color). Maybe in the next update then? (translated by dianakcury).

Hello. I just installed Visitors Maps in my WP Blog (version 3.3.1 – using TwentyEleven theme) and got the same problem as described above. The plugin showns only 1 person online, myself, but show my host IP instead of my own. I checked my IP on MaxMind and it was ok there, as expected.

    I already checked ‘<?php wp_head(); ?>’ in the header.php file, and it’s all good.

Is there any specific configuration needed in PHP or in my host server for this to work?

    Thanks in advance.
