Hello? Is there really no support for Jetpack??

Any support here?

I am having this problem as well. My wp-config is showing
define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', false);

Looks like it’s an issue in the plugin, not my site. Will it be fixed soon?

Thanks, Bob. I found out this was an issue with SG Optimizer and the “Compress CSS Files” optimization. I turned that off and it’s loading now. I guess that’ll be my solution!

I had tiled galleries turned on, and they have always been working when I am logged into WordPress. They just aren’t working when I’m logged out (or incognito).

In fact, I don’t even see a setting for Tiled Galleries in my Jetpack > Settings anymore, and when I search “Tiled” I don’t see any options show up.

Thanks, Michelle. I actually don’t use Cloudflare – I had my DNS routing through because of the issue with Siteground last month. I fixed that a few days ago and purged all my caches, but the issue has not been resolved.

To add my own experience, had the exact same issue (favicon was also not loading) and this fixed it for me (thanks, Hélène).

My site has always been set up and loaded as https, but somehow that setting was wrong in WordPress General settings. ?????♀?

Thanks for following up. I gave up and settled for the three-column design my theme is defaulting to. I’m guessing it’s a plugin/theme conflict that caused my issue.

FYI this resolved on its own after turning off/on all plugins and updating my theme. Not sure why!

Thanks, Bob. Tiled galleries are working on other posts on my site (for example https://www.valisemag.com/pack-seattle/, which I also updated recently) so it’s literally just these two posts with the issue.

Any idea why it would be only two posts?

Thanks for commenting, but that doesn’t really address my question. I want to know why if someone ends up on one story from say, Discover, they go straight to the person’s website –?whereas on my story, they end up on a share screen that doesn’t help drive any traffic to my site at all. What is causing that different experience?

Follow up: I see there are advanced options, but when I click to open them, I get a spinning wheel and greyed out area, and nothing else ever loads.

For what it’s worth, the post I published today worked fine –?it was just those posts in the middle that didn’t work correctly.

Also, it’s showing the featured image at the top of each post… how do I turn that off?

These were all things I had solved in the lite version, not sure what turned them all back on during the upgrade ??
