In reply to: Unable to open my website and can't login to wp-adminOh, I don’t know the theme that is used because is the first time I work on this site. I think the two folder inside are both themes, anyway the name are: twentytwelve and dt-nimble

In reply to: Unable to open my website and can't login to wp-adminOh sorry, I didn’t understand well. Inside my Themes folder there are two folders and a file called index.php. I add the ending “-old” to both of the two folders, is right?

Or reset your plugins folder via FTP or the file manager provided in your host’s control panel.
1. Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder (directory)
2. Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename the folder “plugins” to “plugins.hold”
3. Login to your WordPress administration menus (/wp-admin)
