Hi Angelo_nwl
Thanks for the reply, however wouldn’t using shortcodes mean that categories from both pages, would share the same list of categories in the events manager search? I would prefer that each set of listings each have their own search. This way the category list within each search would not be too long.
Is there any way to amend the code to allow for the plugin to be installed twice?

In reply to: php spawning issueHi
Thanks for coming back to me. I have managed to resolve the problem, it turns out the site was hit by a brute for attack, so I have added more security to prevent/handle this in the future.
Thanks again

Didn’t put a link to the site as the web host had suspended the domain and moved the site to a scripting only server so it was only accessible viable ftp.
I have also updated Jetpack as well.
Thanks again

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] php spawning issueOh I have found the logfile but there are no log entries for when the php spawning was taking place. There are only logs for after they suspended the site.
I have requested copies of the log for the site when it was live and causing the php spawning.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] php spawning issueHi thanks for the response.
They have moved the site to what they call a ‘probationary server’ so I am unable to view the site only its files, so I’m unable to deactivate the plugins one by one to see if this sorts the problem out.
Also I have asked for a copy of the log and they have told me to check the ‘logfile folder found on your webspace’. However I can not see a file/folder by this name anywhere.
I had just added some events and had gone from approx 70 to 650 entries.
Thanks again for your help.
I am already using Yoast for the SEO but this doesn’t effect the layout of your event details in search engine results.
Here is a link to the page I viewed that i think might explain it better than I can.

Hi and Thanks for the response.
Sorry not sure what more info I can give you about structured data markup. All I know so far is that search engines use the microdata or JSON-LD markup, to display your site information in a better layout in search engine results.
Hope that helps cause I am new to coding and web development so still trying to learn the basics.
Thanks so much for the help Marcus, it’s truly appreciated. The code worked out perfectly ??
Thanks Marcus, really appreciate you helping out.
I already have Events > Settings > Pages > Events List/Archives > Override with Formats set to Yes.
I am using Twenty Ten theme with a child theme (which is design only, no jquery or anything like that).
Any ideas what event manager hooks I would need to use in my theme search template to make this possible?
Thanks for the response Marcus. I wasn’t sure if it was html or CSS, now that I know it’s a CSS modification that is required i’ll have a play and see what I can do.
Thanks :o)
Thanks agelonwl
I have already looked here and can see this is where I would need to put the code. However I don’t know what code I would need put that that would display the category list across 2 column, instead of the default single column format.
Do you know what code I would need to use to do this please?
