You can use shared inboxes and that is a different story.
We have First Name, Last Name and Email columns for users’ convenience and the first two fields are optional while the Email is mandatory.

If the importing file has a same contact which is already in the Audience database, we show a warning that X number of contacts already exists and finish importing rest of the contacts without interrupting.

Currently, it is not possible. But it is already in our roadmap and we will inform you as soon as we release the feature.

That’s a good idea! We have forwarded it to our product management team to consider it as a feature request. While this is a feature our product managers are aware of, we don’t have any specific timeline for releasing it. We will inform you as soon as we have an update.

Currently, we do not have a keyword like that. Why don’t you wrap the existing keyword with custom code?
However, we like the idea and forwarded it to our product management team to consider it as a feature request. While this is a feature our product managers are aware of, we don’t have any specific timeline for releasing it.

Our Workflows feature supports several third party plugins and allows you to import contacts from those plugins.
We recommend you to go to Email Subscribers > Workflows > Add new to see if you can find the third party plugin’s trigger. If you cannot find it, you can create a custom trigger using the WordPress filter ‘ig_es_workflow_triggers’.

Could you be more specific when you said you can see the contacts in another database? Is that Email Subscribers’ database?
