We’re sorry to hear that your audience are not receiving post notifications. To find out what went wrong,
- Navigate to Email Subscribers > Campaigns
- Look for the Post-Notification which you think is not delivered to subscribers and click Edit
- Note down the list specified under “Select List”
- Now, navigate to Email Subscribers > Audience > List
- Open the list you noted down earlier and see if the subscribers who complained that the notification delivered is in there. Add them to the list if you are unable to find them. If you do find them, tell the subscribers to check if the emails are stuck in spam folders

We do not see any problems and see that both broadcast emails and post notifications are delivering fine to subscribers.
To look into the issue, could you check the status of broadcast email? For that,
- Login to your WordPress website and navigate to Email Subscribers > Reports
- Check whether the campaign has been completed and click on Send Queued Emails Now
Also, please take a look at this article for directions on how to prevent emails from landing in spam.

I tried to subscribe using my email address and the form displayed the confirmation message without reloading the page. Could you check if the issue still persists?

You will have to activate the Pro plugin.

The free plugin will automatically deactivate when you activate the Pro plugin.
