This may happen if there are multiple campaigns set up and we will get to know if we can check out the screenshots. Could you upload the screenshots to a file sharing service and send them to us via our contact page? Or just leave the link to this post there and our support team will get back to you.

Unsubscribing is different from deleting a contact. If a subscriber unsubscribed to their subscription, their contact’s status is changed from Subscribed to Unsubscribed and they won’t receive emails any more.
If you don’t want them to be in the Audience page, you will just have to “delete” them under Email Subscribers > Audience.
Could you report the issue to our support team via our contact page and let us know the URL of the page where you are showing the subscription form?

Email Subscribers do not redirect subscribers after subscribing unless you set up a page to redirect.

The Unsubscribe Success / Error Messages can be customized under Email Subscribers > Settings > General (scroll down to see the plain text editor).
You are welcome to use HTML and custom CSS to customize it.

We were able to replicate the issue and our development team is working on a fix.
We will get back to you as soon as we release the bug fix. In the meanwhile, we recommend you to click on “skip & deactivate” on the bottom right of the popup to proceed. That should deactivate the plugin.

We have a detailed article on how to translate the text of the plugin interface, but we don’t have an option to configure separate welcome & confirmation emails in two different languages.
However, we liked the idea and raised a feature request for our development team to look into. In the meanwhile, you are welcome to check if a translation plugin may help with this.

But one day, many years ago, after update – settings of this plugin was lost
The settings would never change or get lost themselves and the configuration in the database stays forever even after uninstalling the plugin. Could you be more specific when you say the settings for lost?
and it start spam mails about each new post to my subscribers (I open about 100 drafts, and each subsciber get about 100 mails).
We would like to investigate this. Could you contact us or let us know the email title if you have already approached us?

We’re are not sure which post wp mail plugin are you referring to. Email Subscribers is the only email marketing plugin we offer.
Can you deactivate all the plugins temporarily except Email Subscribers and try sending the test email?
