That might be a conflict. Can you please clear your browser cache or check in the Incognito/private mode?
If the issue persists, please try deactivating all other plugins and switch the theme to the default Twenty Twenty theme temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
Currently, it is not possible to delete the invalid or non-existent emails from the list automatically. But we do exclude them programmatically while sending emails so that there won’t be any bounces technically and your email reputation will not get affected.

However, we forwarded the details to our development team to look into. We will announce in the changelog as soon as we implement an option to edit the text.

The plugin is a software that generates and tells the server to send emails so all emails should go through your email server. For large subscription lists, we recommend upgrading to a dedicated email server or signup for an email sending service like Pepipost.
Handling bounces is on our road map. Currently, our plugin cleans up email lists by marking whether an email is valid or invalid. This way, you have lower bounces and failures – and higher email sending reputation as well.

Email Deliverability depends on various factors like domain, email server reputation and content etc. The plugin is a software that generates and tells the server to send emails so there may be several other reasons that cause the emails to fail to reach the recipient in between.
Since you said the confirmation email is sent successfully, it is most likely a deliverability issue due to the configuration or server reputation. Can you please let us know if the From Email address you are using matches with the domain?
