I will disable the caching plugin and let you know. Although, this is a concern for me if Form maker requires caching plugin to be disabled.

Meanwhile I will answer your questions in point 2 above. Please find my answers below.

Do you have any form on your website which submissions you get on your email?
Yes. On https://musingbrains.com/careers page. Has worked 3/3 times so far.

Is there a form where you get neither emails nor submissions are stored in the backend.
Yes. https://musingbrains.com/ >> Home-header form. It has sent 1 email without storing anything in submissions. After that it neither sends emails nor stores submissions.

If the form stores submissions but doesn’t send emails then please send us a screenshot of your email options to make sure that the settings are done correctly.
I will test and let you know. But I think I have not come accross this scenario yet.

I am more inclined to use Phone number in the form. The method suggested by you did not work on phone number field.

I think the non-collapsed menu contains a lot of blank space. It also covers significant amount of total display.

So is there any way to reduce the size of menu at the same time retaining the secondary menu in mobile devices.

Thanks for looking into my site.

The secondary menu contains only 1 item: “Subscribe to our newsletter”

I have used menu-icon plugin to display email icon beside this text.
That may be the reason you may have missed it.

However, I am still facing this issue on mobile devices.

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked goto Header->Design and layout. Check under Sticky header settings. The Menu is sticky and displays properly.

But the problem is, Secondary menu is not displayed on Mobile devices.

Any help in this would be much appreciated.
