I fixed the issue. It was a conflict with another plug-in named “Ad Corner”

The Ad Corner plugin, even enabled site by site and not on the network, seems to work well but prevents Multisite Clone Duplicator from doing its job properly

I found where to delete the code. It was in the footer widget #2. I didn’t see it before…

Hi Richie,

I found “the guilty”. It’s a Chrome extension I installed few months ago nammed: IM Translator (I didn’t install any translation plug-in in my WP)
Then I deleted it from my Chrome Browser and I managed to manually remove the code injected into the text widget and in the body of my homepage.
I scanned the website with Wordfence and then, nothing found now. I used the cPanel anti-virus scan too and all seems ok.

That said, there is some code I don’t know neither how delete it nor where I have to go to delete it. Please, have a quick look to this screenshot:
