We need to confirm if the plugin is working normally on a blank test page. To check it, please create a new test page and a new accordion with only three items. Then, explore the page using the shortcode. Please inform us about the result.

If it works, use the working accordion on your homepage to check. We need to check if there is any confliction with other plugins by deactivating other plugins once.

Did you move your accordions to a new WordPress installation?
If you export and import accordion shortcodes, it can’t bring the accordion content anyhow. We need to fix it.

However, follow the below instructions.
? Click on your Accordion items
? Check its title, content properly.
? Check the accordion styles.
? Click on the ‘Update’ button once.
? Copy the shortcode and paste it to a new test page in a text/shortcode block.
? If it does not work normally, there is something unexpected issue and we need to check it on your end.
? It if works, perform a hard/meta refresh on your browser.
? You can try creating a new accordion to check if it works or not.

We call this ‘2.5 column‘ system as ‘Center Mode‘. It is a premium feature and it is only available in our other plugin named ‘WordPress Carousel Pro‘.

And, the other ‘Scrolling without pause‘ system is called ‘Ticker Mode‘. It is also available in the ‘WordPress Carousel Pro‘ plugin. They are two different modes.

Actually, it is a preloader. You can turn it ‘OFF‘ from the ‘GENERAL SETTINGS‘ tab of the plugin.

Actually, the total dot follows a formula. It changes according to the ‘Total Logo‘ and ‘Slide to Scroll‘ options.
Total dot = (Total logos)/(Slide to Scroll)

Example: If the total logo = 20 and the Slide to Scroll = 4, then the total dot will be 5 in this case.

Sorry for the inconvenience! We didn’t hear this kind of issue before.

This plugin works with a shortcode. The carousel section is inserted by a simple shortcode and it creates a totally different section for a carousel. Its CSS styles are well-parented. It shouldn’t affect your other layout.

And, if the shortcode is removed from the homepage, it has no function to the homepage then.

We guess there might be an unexpected issue. It would better if you could open a support ticket in the forum for us to explore. Please open a support ticket describing the issue, we will help to fix any kind of issue there.

I think you want to replace the scrolling effect with fade effect.

Actually, it is not possible. The markup of the output and all the code are written targeting the scrolling system. There is no such point of code that will turn the scrolling system to fade.
