This enables the Accessbility on the widgets only.

I am talking about the “general” page here wp-admin/options-general.php

Here I cannot change anything because there is no save button…

So I have to replace something in the template php file/files, and then whenever I put a “more” in the post, it will cut the post after 55 words automatically?

I read it two times, and I know how to enable the tag <!–more–>, but I still cannot understand how to make it automatically.
Sorry for this question which may sound for you obvious, but maybe my English is not so good to understand it… ??

I saw that this tag works only if added in the HTML, not in the visual mode anyway is ok.

Is there a way to make it automatic after a default amount of characters or words?

It appears in the post now as <!-more->

The biggest problem is with IE6. The black of the footer goes up and hides the posts.

I have corrected all the validation errors, but the problem with IE remains….

I checked it out, but this is not the problem, it is somewhere else…
