Moreover, the screenshot on Google Drive is also showing “Access Denied”. The FAQs plugin is programmed specifically for the RealHomes theme, however, we are happy to optimize it for other themes. So, it would be great if you shared the theme you are using it with.

You might need to look into finding a plugin that allows you to embed videos from Dropbox in the form of a block. The video block is the problem here, and not the FAQs. However, I can’t access the FAQs page mentioned in your thread. So, could you please re-share it again?

However, when I normally accessed it, it took some time to load. Upon accessing it second and third time, it didn’t take much time at all. So, I think you should look into your server’s first response and then consult with the hosting company.

The Quick and Easy FAQs plugin is primarily designed for use with the RealHomes Theme. While it may work with other themes like Virtue, compatibility issues can arise, especially after major WordPress updates.
