Yes, it’s there with the correct shortcode. I thought of that also, but when I checked it was still the same as before the issue started.

I tried changing the settings on the permalinks page from “Post Name” to “Default” – at least now it’s taking me to a page when I click View Cart. However, it’s taking me to the main homepage instead. Any other suggestions are welcome! Thanks.

I just tried that and it didn’t seem to change anything. Up at the top of the permalinks page it does say: You should update your web.config now.

Thank you for your prompt reply! I do have other plugins installed. I have been using woocommerce for my shop for a little over a year now, and if there are multiple people that go in at the same time and try to buy the same item, sometimes it allows them to if their payment isn’t already processed. It takes some time to get to paypal and go through the process, and when I release a new product email I get a flood of people trying to buy at once. I was hoping this plugin would eliminate that issue. Since only one of each item is always in stock, they’d get a “out of stock” warning instead of being able to add the same item someone else is currently trying to purchase to their cart.

I just tried the clear all sessions suggestion, and tried it again – unfortunately same thing. It’s saying the item is added to the cart, but the cart is showing empty. As I was testing it, I actually just had a customer email me and say the same thing just happened to her. Any other suggestions? I am so hoping to get this up and running! Thank you!

Got it fixed. Renamed the theme from the host allowing WP to switch back to default theme. Accessed my site, deleted the faulty theme and then re-installed it. Good as new.

Apparently I am not good with troubleshooting. My error went from bad to worse – apparently “fatal”. Here’s the latest error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function of_get_option() in D:\Hosting\10006117\html\wp-content\themes\unite\header.php on line 21

Any suggestions on fixing the issue would be great!
