I see the form with the fields on a page called “Payment” which would be the order summary page, can you clarify how it works? Thanks in advance.
The plugin is already installed and active but I don’t see it listed on the left or under “tools”, but if I go to the plugin list it is present and active.

Hi, from what I see going to the WordPress pages, there are 2 different pages, one for Checkout and one where there is the form for entering data by the customer and it is in this that the field for the tax code should be added.
Going to the Checkout page and replacing [woocommerce_checkout] in place of [profilepress-checkout] I do not notice any differences.
I created a form with the field for the tax code via your plugin, but then applying the shortcode to the checkout page does not change anything.
From what I see the checkout page is separate from the one for entering billing data by the customer.

It doesn’t work, but the tax code field should not be added to the checkout page but to the payment page where the customer enters the billing information, you need to add a field there for the tax code

Thanks, I solved the problem using another plugin dedicated to PayPal, now the PayPal button appears that the customer can click to make the payment, thanks!
