Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn about the issues you have experienced with the plugin. We are not allowed to talk or offer support about the Paid version of the plugin on the WordPress forums.
However, I would like to clarify that we are a new company, we are going through a transition.
The main thing we have done is offering about 90% of the plugin’s features for free. Also we have improved the coding.
It’s true that we have experienced some delays on the support on the last weeks. That’s something we are improving day by day.
Providing a highest level of support to everyone is very important to us.

We are not allowed to offer support for paid version on this forum. However, I can say that the new version of UU Pro 3.0 can be downloaded directly from WordPress directory, all the updates will be done on WP, this is one of the big changes on the plugin’s architecture. I will contact the support team, they will be glad to help you to install the plugin, we are sorry for any delay over the holidays.

Yes, this can be done only through the WP Users module, Booking Ultra Pro does not include the feature to delete user.

We know that the support was going through issues on the past months. However, the company was acquired a different firm and we’re improving both support and coding. The plugin has been benefited by important features that we know will help our users.

The plugin uses the mailer options offered by WordPress, for example PHPMailer library, so.. I’d say yes, It would work the way you need it.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry about the late reply. The plugin has been adquired by a new company and we’re improving multiple aspects.
There are two explanations for your issue, the most common issue is that your appointment was approved already, which means that it can’t be approved again, that was implemented in order to avoid double email notifications.
Could you please change the status of the appointment and try the link out again?
