I couldn’t close the ad; it’s stuck behind the “Activity”, “At a glance”, and other widgets on my admin page.

I didn’t respond because I didn’t realize the developer would suggest something on the level of “have you tried turning it off and on again”. I figured you were just some idiot who was waiting my time or someone who was trying to be funny by pointing out the obvious.

Wait, is that all you’re going to do? I tell you that your plugin isn’t working like you say it will, and you just repeat stuff by rote? Really?

If that is your idea of support there is no way I would pay for this plugin.

Uh, no, I built the site last year. Then i saw the notice when I checked the site this morning.

I only have contributor level access, so there’s nothing I can do to fix it.

Ah, you put the settings for your widgets in the _Siteorigin_ menu page. I thought they would be in _your_ menu page.

The problem with the metatdata is that your CPT isn’t showing the metadata when the regular posts are:

Never mind – the problem resolved itself after I switched to the new theme during the site update. All is good now.

Well, almost all – the CPT do not display the metadata on the post pages, but that is a minor issue.
