One user mentioned he tried this on different boxes as well. I wonder he did the same multiple times.

Is there a way I can view a log or database in the back-end if users are facing this issue? Is there a way to enable the debug mode or more verbose mode so that I can get more data on the forminator side of what user do?

I have access to back-end so I can make any code if you suggest.

The settings change didn’t work.
