There is only one user on the account, and shes’s set as the owner. I’m assuming that’s higher than manager? So it doesn’t look like a permissions issue to me.

Yes, that’s the setup I have for testing. I did try connecting a different Mailchimp account and it worked fine. When I tried connecting this client’s account again, it still did not work. So it definitely looks like an issue with the Mailchimp account. Any suggestions for what setting(s) I might need to adjust in Mailchimp to get this connection to work?

Thanks for the detailed reply. I turned off caching, created a staging site to test plugin/theme issues, and I don’t have popups blocked in my browswer, but none of those seems to have fixed the issue. ??

Also, P.S. I just updated it to the latest version today, and yes, I did deactivate all of my other plugins to see if it was a conflict. Even with all other plugins deactivated, the problem persisted.

I’m having the same issue. Had to roll my site back to the day before I updated to the current version to get things working again.

Thank you for your help! Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to have fixed the issue. After I edited functions.php, I deleted the files from the media library, changed the file name to be safe, and uploaded them again. They’re still super overexposed.

Another head-scratcher: the images appear overexposed immediately after uploading, while I’m still in the media library. As I mentioned in my original post, they appear overexposed in the tiled gallery but look normal once they’re opened in the lightbox. I also just discovered that even though they’re overexposed in the media library, they also appear normal if just inserted into the post as individual images and not as part of a gallery.

Any further suggestions?

Is it possible to do this with single posts? I love the grid on the index, but want a full-width page for individual posts. I’ve been trying to figure it out and even tried using the process outlined at the link above, but it doesn’t seem to work for me.
