I went through this a couple of years ago. I believe it was the max_input_vars I had to increase to fix it.

Well this is crazy. Somehow, after the umpteenth time, I got the settings to stick. I don’t know how. I guess I reinstalled enough times finally. It fixed everything but the image sizes. The setting says large, but they haven’t changed, still 6 to a row and the product title breaks over 4 lines because of it. I wasn’t using the cache, but I turned it on and flushed it, just to be sure. That still didn’t change it If that one feature would just work I would be SO HAPPY!

Already tried deactivating plugins except the one the store runs on, because there’s no purpose to the site without it. I created both themes myself and they worked fine for months, Twenty eleven is not sufficient.
The menus are big. the site totals nearly 50 pages, but I’m told with this latest version of WordPress that should not be a problem.
I’ll try resetting the plugins folder again, but last time that created more problems than it solved. I don’t get FTP and it often takes an hour or more to update one thing using it, so I avoid it whenever possible.
