Hi @supersam258,
Thank you for providing the screenshots. Based on your explanation, it seems the Course Retake feature is not functioning as expected because the Strict mode is currently enabled.
You’ll need to choose Flexible mode in the Course Completion Process. This allows students to retake courses even after they’ve been completed.
Here’s how you can make the change:
- Go to the WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Tutor LMS > Settings > Course > Course Completion Process.
- Select Flexible mode instead of Strict mode.
- Save your settings.
Once this change is made, the retake button should appear as expected for completed courses.
If you continue to experience issues after making this adjustment, feel free to reach out. Please note that we cannot accept or exchange login credentials via this forum for security reasons, per WordPress guidelines.
Let me know how it goes!

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Dashboard: WishlistHi @artoftech,
Thank you for providing the details!
Since everything seems to be working as expected on my end, I would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to help identify the issue:
- Deactivate Non-Tutor LMS Plugins: Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Tutor LMS and check if the issue persists. This will help determine if there is a conflict with another plugin.
- Switch Theme: Change the current theme to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Three and check again. This will help rule out any potential theme-related conflicts.
Hi @supersam258,
Thank you for reaching out!
You’ve created three paid courses that are related to each other. When a student purchases course one and completes it, they are unable to access course two and three.
If i am correct, course two and three would need to be purchased individually unless they are bundled together as part of a course bundle.
Please note that the course bundle feature is available in Tutor LMS Pro.
Let me know if this resolves your issue or if you need further assistance.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Can’t edit course contentHello @sitebland,
Thank you for reaching out!
The issue you’re experiencing with editing specific post types in Elementor is likely due to their settings not being enabled for Elementor editing.
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Elementor > Settings and click on the General tab.
- Ensure the checkboxes for Courses, Lessons, Quizzes, and Assignments are selected under the Post Types section.
- Save the changes.
After enabling these post types, you should be able to edit them using Elementor without any issues.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Tutor LMS Quiz ErrorHello @sankaweerasinghe,
Thank you for your response. Since the issue occurs with the Anesta theme, I recommend contacting the theme author for assistance. They can provide better help regarding this issue.
Hello,
The issue seems to be a version mismatch between Tutor LMS Free and Pro. To ensure compatibility and proper functionality, both versions of the plugin must be the same. For example, if you’re using Tutor LMS Free 3.0, you’ll need to update your Tutor LMS Pro to the corresponding version.
I hope this resolves the issue for all of you.
