you are correct

• You offer fixed amount coupons and not percentage coupons.
• Your pricing is tax exclusive.
• You have customers from countries that have different tax rates

Fixed amount coupons should work as following:

Coupon value is € 100
Product price exclusive is for example also €100

If customer with 25% VAT buy this product he should have to pay € 25,- after using the coupon.
If customer with 18% VAT buy this product he should have to pay €18 after using the coupon.

So coupon value is for all customers the same € 100 as it is written on given coupon

In Backend I get only “Ajax error” in field where normaly should be the result
Where can I see more detail of the error?

Hi,
I can’t switch to tax-inclusive pricing for my products because I need to earn for a product (example) 100 Euro
If customer is from Austria he has to pay 120,- because I must pay 20% tax to fiscal office from Austria.
If customer is from Hungaria he has to pay 127,- because I must pay 27% tax to fiscal office from Hungaria

If I change to inclusive prices I have the same price in products wherever the customer is but I get less money or I am not competitive in the country because my price is to high when I add to all products 27% but for example in Germany they have only 19%
If you have products only with low prices it maybe does not matter but if a product price is 3-4000 Euro you can’t do this!
Also if you have consumers and also B2B customers in one shop you need to add prices without VAT to your products.

But if you make a coupon advertisement you can only print one Euro number on your coupon and because of consumer you must always have the total price.
If I give to customer a coupon with 20 Euros it should be always 20 Euros.

It is against any use of coupons if the value then changes!!

Sorry, but there should be not the same setting about the VAT for product pricing and coupons – it makes no sense

I know how it works in backend because it depens on the tax option settings in woocommerce for products but for coupons to consumers is this the wrong way in calculation when they redeems them.
If you get an coupon with a value of 100 Euro the redeem total should be always 100 Euro doesnt matter how much from this value is vat and product.

The coupon is a discount and should be a fixed value for example € 100
It should be for every customer (doesn’t matter from where) 100 € in total.

But Coupon have the same settings than the product prices. We have product prices without VAT. If now a coupon was redeemed from a customer in Austria – system reduce total with 100 + 20% VAT = 120
If it is a customer from Germany, the reduce is 100+19 = 119 and so on.

But it should be for every customer who owns a coupon 100 disount because € 100 is writen on the coupon we give to the customer- It is allowed to move the coupon to an other person so I don’t know who it will redeem when I add the coupon to the system. It is not possible to add the net price for a coupon in sytem because in this moment I don’t know if it will be redeem with Austria VAT oder Germany or some other country VAT but it should be fixed discount for the customer of 100 EURO in total.

The different VAT should not have an influence on the voucher total value for the customer.

If I give 10% discount it is for example also for all customers 10 % and not different %.

I know that the calculation for the invoice must be done from the net price but consumer always should get the discount which is written on coupon.

For example the coupon advertisement is 100 Euro discount
if I add a coupon with the value of 100 and a customer redeem it located in Austria he will get a discount of 120 Euro – should be 83,33 + 20% = 100 total for consumer

Hope this helps for explain. Total for consumer should be always the same – but because it is the same setting as the product prices which we need in system without VAT we don’t know how we can fix this.

the support of the theme did some work but unfortunately only the titles are shown after.
Function for “Show value(s)” or up/down arrow between the title do nothing and unfortunately the support-team of theme think I should use another plugin, it’s not their problem.
I couldn’t believe that it doesn’t work because I use your plugin well on my 2nd page where I have the same theme but only with page builder WPBackery and now at the new one with Elementor because I thought this will be the future and give me more options.

I only had a stage version but not with all my other settings. As I have a lot of shortcodes in my menu I need more time to test it full.

complete css is lost
font awesome open/close buttons are not shown but css looks correct

if I set VAT default to shop address not to shipping address of customer I will get may Austrian VAT in the cart of the customer and also on the invoices also if the delivery isn’t inside of Austria!
My shop will break.

Is there no way to set an default country only for the Facebook synchronisation (Hook?) or add a fixed % to all prices for facebook sync mode?
