@tianoduarte0909 That’s right, you need to install the PrintNode client on the computer where the printer is connected as mentioned in the getting started document: https://printus.cloud/docs/configure-printus-with-printnode/
@skhokho76 Please create a separate thread for your issue.Hi there, please see this document for troubleshooting steps with printing: https://printus.cloud/docs/issue-with-final-print/
You mentioned that you can’t connect any printer to PrintNode. Please have the printnode client installed and started so that it can identify your installed and connected printers.
Hi there, from the screenshot you sent you can see the browser console says the error is No API keys…please make sure you’ve actually added the correct api key to the general settings section of Kikote.
Hi there,
I can see that there’s some Javascript console errors on your website when I get to the checkout page. There might be a plugin conflict happening on your website. I noticed that there was no time field but I also saw that the date field did not show the calendar when it was clicked.
Please disable ALL plugins EXCEPT WooCommerce and Chwazi and then take a look at the checkout page again to see if date calendar shows when the input area is clicked.Hi there, I haven’t heard from you in a while so I’ll be closing this thread. Feel free to open a new one if you still have issues.
Hi there, from the screenshot I don’t see any error that would prevent the map itself from loading. I also checked out the website and it looks like you have the plugin disabled.
Please try this:
Disable all plugins EXCEPT Kikote and WooCommerce and then take a look at the checkout again to see if the map shows. If it does then enable each other plugin one by one to see which one may be the cause.Hi there,

Hi there, the plugin says “No Available Time Slots” when it can’t find a time slot that matches your settings.
Please check your timezone settings in the plugin’s General settings to ensure its the correct timezone for your country.

You can spin up a demo of the PRO version of the plugin by clicking the demo link in the menu on the website: https://chwazidatetime.com/
