I still don’t see the point of having this support forum if we still have to email the developer for an answer to a question posted over and over by multiple users. Like I said though, their email support wasn’t any better.

I’m fedup with WP plug-in developers using the WP platform as a way to make a quick buck, especially when it’s for features they really don’t need to charge for .. like reducing the 10 second wait time, a premium PAID for service? lol .

Dan. Yes, I know . But I’m saying that the problem might be something with happening with their plugin, they still need to execute code via their plugin on your server. Simply saying Whitelist the IP is not helpful, when I can guess it isn’t their IP being blocked or all of us would be experiencing the same problem. Just a thought!
Hi Dan. This would need to be tested with the WPremote script, not Better Security. Email the WPremote people and see if they can check it for you, there should be an option to log_errors or a display_errors function you can turn on somewhere in their script, for debugging.

Dan, I know this might sound like a dumb suggestion.. But have you disabled the other two firewall plugins and just left Better WP Security running? Also, you might want to enable php logging and see if you can find anything obvious in there.. I think there’s some tuts on this if you google it…

He’s dedicated and professional, I’ll give him that. It was also a pleasure to make his acquaintance and I’ll be making a contribution toward his efforts by the end of next month. I’m with PaBLoX on this one, good work Hel.io, keep it coming ??

But as it stands I’d highly recommend anyone running this plugin having this issue to deactivate it now, as there may be some serious flaw waiting to be exploited by a clever hack! Just saying!

No log file being dumped, no errors being thrown up, just a blank page. I’m running the latest release of WordPress and your plugin. Sorry, can’t give you any more than that, because there isn’t any more to give!
