Just use the shortcodes… Or read the readme.txt that is include.. lol
mmmmm.. thats easy… Just create a css and use the form hack to change the divs and thats all.. I ve done that lot of times
We dont have enough info to solve your problem. Like your WordPress Version, Plugin Version, etc.
I dont know what you mean… But if you want to show TDO miniforms you should use the ShortCode of the form you have created.
