Hello, the server errors have been resolved. And the plugin is still doubling a significant percentage of orders. It is a problem of its development because if there was a simple function that checked the source ID of the order it would avoid the problem.

As you can see the review is posted because they have not managed to solve the problem, they have said that this was caused by htpps2 errors, and in a bad way. And once this has been solved, it is still the same. They can’t go around saying that we mismanage our pages, it’s very bad manners. This is not a valid option.

As soon as W3 Caché is deactivated (order marked in a circle) it starts working. Also in its diagnostic tool it indicates a problem with the API_REST when it is activated, although it is indicated in W3 Caché not to cache the REST API.
