@hadzol You can Rollback To a Previous Version of Elementor till they come up with a solution.

1. Go to Elementor > Tools.
2. Click the Version Control tab.
3. If you are rolling back the free version of Elementor, select the version you would like to revert to, and then click its Reinstall button. This will reinstall the specific version you chose. If you are rolling back Elementor Pro, just click its Reinstall button. This will reinstall the last version prior to the installed one.

I tried using MailChimp but turns out the user can enter spam email and get to the next form, Mailchimp only comes into play after the submission of the form it seems? I am trying to use forminator form for a quotation form where prices will be listed. I want to verify the email before he gets to see the prices. Pls guide me on how to do it? I am trying to use SMS OTP using Orion but I am unable to find the correct classes/ids.

@ortb0261 No need to shame anybody. If you are unhappy with the plugin, don’t use it. The developers are trying hard to build something and give away most of the features free. Atleast appreciate what they have built which you are using for free.

This worked-> if “load form using AJAX” is disabled – enable it; if it already is enabled – try disabling it; – update form, clear caches and try again

Even I am facing the same problem. it works fine in localhost where I installed 3 weeks back, however today when I installed in the live site, I am unable to view form.

I have finally solved the problem. Apparently it was never a problem of cache. It seems to be a bug in participant database. If I add any extra link to the page where I have put [pdb_thanks] shortcode, the problem comes up. Otherwise your plugin works perfectly!

I have tried everything. I even did a new installation of wordpress and participant database. Still the same problem. When I insert data in signup form the page goes into loop and it cannot be accessed until the browser is restarted. I have put the pdb_thanks shortcode in a different page. after submitting form both the pdb_signup page and the pdb_thanks page are unaccessible. Php version in my host is 7.0. Please help!

I also did a fresh installation of participant database but now I am unable to load the sign up page!
