Hello, thanks for your information.
as for the first part about auto lead managment – I must admit we got this bug from another user, so we’re investigating if it’s a bug on our side… sorry about that, I hope to release a new version solving it soon, if indeed a bug.
about the second question – please note two things:
1. on the web service configuration – you must set the status to “on by auto lead”
2. on the auto lead manamgent – you should create a rule such as “when form name conatains…” (you cf7 form name) –> then – webservice “on” .
3. on the webservice page – you have a 2 buttons- the first – map UPI fields to web service parameters – this will allow you to define which data is sent to the remote server couple with the destination parameters. the second – “show log” – will assist you in the debuging process.please try and let us know how it goes…
Thanks
UriHello and thank you for your info.
Can you please post a screen shot of the rule you’re trying to add?
I would guess there’s something wrong with the database.
Can you try to delete the product, remove all data tables with prefix upicrm_ and try again?
Please send us your feedback. If all this doesn’t help will need to have a closer look so we’ll ask you to contact us on our website.
Thanks
UriHello, thanks for the info. Can you please share a screen capture of:
1. Databases and fields – the exact mapping of the problematic form
2.url where the forms is located
3. The email you’re receiving
4. Email settings of the form itself. Also – what contact form are you using?
I suspect it’s a miscoNifugration with the form… waiting for your information
Please feel free to send mail to [email protected]
Or contact us on our website if the info you’re sending should remain private. Thanks
UriHello!
you can create a complex users tree… so every user in the hierarchy can only edit lead assign to them… or to their sub ordinates.
Are you using this capability?Hey, I would simply suggest to start form scratch, ad the DB level, delete the UPI_* tables and start again.
Hello, seem like this calls for more programming… we’ll be happy to cooperate directly please contact us on our site.
Thanks
UriHi… there are no stupid questions;)
I’m not sure I fully understand your question though.
If you mean that you want to be able to send e-mails to your collected leads – there are three options I can suggest.
1. You can use UpiCRM to automatically send customized email using the automatic rules.
2. You can use the web service capability to integrate with almost any third party solution – such as Oracle crm ,mailchimp etc. This is a bit tricky and requires some technical knowledge
3. You can manually export your lead to excel and import the data to any external system that support excel input
I hope I answered your question, please provide us with feedback.
ThanksUri
hey,
you should be able to add custom fields on the ” Data Types & Fields” menu.
choos eoption : “Add additional fields and datatypes to UpiCRM: ” and hit the save button.did that help ?
UriHello, thanks for your contact. As my French is not good enough, can you please write your question in English ?
Thanks
UriHey…
I see the lead in the system… good for start.
now – from the drop down list of fields – select “actions” – and you’ll be able to edit the lead data .you can also choose more fields to be presented.
did that help ?
Uri
thanks for the feedback.
hello,
looks like performance issue.
please test while uploading 10 records, 100 records, and 300 records… does one of these work? if so – then no bug, simply performance.please contact us on our website… need more info.
Thanks
UriHi,
we’ve stumbled upon this once …
it simply means the Class ‘ZipArchive’ is not installed on the server.
please make sure this class is installed on the server (PHP…_) and it should solve this issue.Uri
Hi you can use the import function to upload excel
But you’re right, best is just to create a form/page for manual lead entries -so you can use the fields validation of the form.
