We’ve upgraded a version but it didn’t solve it.
We’re working on it. I hope to release a new version soon.

please try a couple of things;
1. try and download the CSV instaed of excel – does this work ?
2. check on the server under wp-content/uploads/upicrm – is there an excel file on the server folder ?please let us know ,

this sometime (regrefully) happens when there’s a colission between the code of UPI, and either one of the pligins or the theme, in your case – looks like the theme is the issue.If you’ll contact on on our web site for support we’ll do our best to work with you and solve this one.

it happens when some “other” plugins are colliding with our due to “bad” code writing.Can you plaese try and disable all other plugins, see if Upi dashboard works, and then start activating them until you find the rogue one ?

Take a looks at the e-mail section of UPI
By default UPI will send notifications to users when a lead is assigned to themYou can customize these emails and add addresses in cc as well
It should work out of the box… just give it a try
