I have kind of similar problem. for me ajax features (like adding tag, editing timestamp, etc) are not working in admin panel.
Same issue here. Using wordpress 2.9.2 and ajax functionalities in admin panel are not working. Disabling plugins didn’t help. please help.

I’m facing same problem, After clicking on PUBLISH button, its showing error 404 .. Is there any solution for this ?
