Sites that don’t use Jetpack for there comment box don’t have the extreme zoom in issue, nor do blogs that use other platforms that aren’t WordPress. I can comment on those just fine and there’s nothing wrong with my accessibility settings either

    Hi,

The comment box loads on my site, unless viewed in incognito mode. That’s not the problem. The problem is on every single site that uses Jetpack, the comment box does an extreme zoom in so I can’t see what I’m typing, as I showed in the link provided in the first post in the thread.that extreme zoom is the comment issue that needs fixing.

The issue with the comment box appears to be a specific issue with the Chrome browser infrastructure. The extreme zoom issue doesn’t happen on duckduckgo or opera mini browser. Something must not be compatible with your Jetpack plugin and the Google Chrome browser on Android.

With the like button, it’s other people’s websites that use Jetpack where the like button doesn’t load. It’s very hit and miss on if it’ll load and it’s been like that for three years. Some sites it’ll load, some it won’t. No matter how many times you try freshing, it won’t help. But return at a later date and the like button might load again on that website.

Am I really the only person that’s made a complaint about the like button issue in the last three years? It’s a very common problem that I know other bloggers have moaned about. I’ve had loads of conversations with bloggers about this issue over the years

    Hi,

I have the jetpack like button as well as the Facebook like button, but it’s not just my site whereby the jetpack like button doesn’t load. It’s a really common issue that I and other bloggers I know have on there sites and the sites they visit. I wouldn’t have bothered mentioning it if it wasn’t for the problem with the comment box as the like function isn’t that important. But I’m sure all the jetpack using bloggers would like it to load every time.

As for the comment problem, I only have one smartphone so I can’t test it on another one. All I know is that it’s a problem with any site that uses Jetpack for the comments, only happens on Twitter’s inbuilt browser and Chrome on my android phone, but doesn’t happen on Opera Mini. It’s something about the Chrome browser that I assume Twitter also uses for their inbuilt browser that just doesn’t want to work with Jetpack

Self-hosted but on a managed plan that restricts access to that file

    Hi,

I don’t have access to my functions.php file, is there another way to do it?

    Hi,

Your plugin won’t recognise my keywork on another image, your plugin also claims I have 5 images when it’s only 3. How do I get your plugin to work?

Hi, I reached out because you Twitter team told me to because my host won’t do anything to help

“The Receiver email in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal will need to be the Primary email listed on that page. The PayPal email can be any of the rest of the emails from the page at PayPal.”

the > PayPal step doesn’t exist when I try to follow it, but I think I’ve fixed it, thanks

So the problem with your plugin won’t effect my real SEO score and crawlers like Google will be able to detect the keyword on the images that your plugin won’t?

Can you pick ‘virtual’ for ‘Variable’ products?

I have a digital download listed as variable because it comes in two cover options

Ok, so can you please answer my other question:

The keywords are in the right places, your plugin just doesn’t want to work properly, but will that affect my actual SEO with Google or is it a bug that starts and ends with your plugin and thus I don’t have to worry about it?

    Thread Starter Unwanted Life

    (@unwantedlife)

How can I do that or can that only be done with your pro version?

Have you considered that maybe the issue is due to the hundred plus other posts that are also on the blog that your plugin will compare information with, rather than a plugin or theme, causing the issue?

The keywords are in the right places, your plugin just doesn’t want to work properly, but will that affect my actual SEO with Google or is it a bug that starts and ends with your plugin?
