hi, thanks for the reply. You tried to leave the comment the wrong way. You need to click reply to an existing comment to see the error, rather than just leaving a regular comment. Watch the video and look at the screenshots. Both the issue with the like button and the comment button only happen when you’re plugin is active along with the Jetpack plugin

why do you want to work on it by email when it takes you longer to engage that way? You only asked me to send you an email to prove I was the owner of my blog. Given that your emails also don’t work, because you never sent an email on the date you claimed, it makes using the forum the better option

you haven’t sent me an email on the 27/02/2024, you also didn’t contact me through the forum to generate an email telling me that there’s a new message on the forum.

the only email you sent me was on 14/02/2024 and that was an automated email that said:

You’ve sent no other email to any of my email addresses. If you believe you have, then forward that email address to me to prove you did send it

Hi, it is a plugin conflict. I already went through deactivating all my plugins and testing them. Yours was the one that triggered the return of the issues, which is why I contacted you about the issue.

The Jetpack ‘like’ button doesn’t load, and if you tap to reply to an existing comment on a post, you’re unable to because of the error that triggers. It’s an issue that occurs between your plugin and the Jetpack plugin.

This is also why I included a link to the forum post on Jetpack so you could see what I’d already done and how we identified it was an issue between yours and Jetpacks plugins.

What alternative plugin to you plugin would you recommend to replace your plugin?

What was the point in me emailing you if you’re not going to provide help by email and use the fact that I’ve sent you an email so you don’t have to carry on providing support through your forum?

why are you marking it as solved when you’re not engaging with me by email and nothing is being done to fix the issue?

Just checking back on this to see if the issue can be resolved so the double spaces don’t disappear every time I come back to edit something. It’d save me. A lot of time and effort
