I can access the content of the posts created using your plugin if I install and activate the WordPress classic editor

I can’t access the slug information of any of the preexisting posts using your plugin, nor can I create a new post as all roads lead to the same error message

    (@unwantedlife)

I also can’t create a new post either without getting the same error message

My host already said it’s not them, and it’s impossible to test my plugins and theme to see if it’s there, as the gap between it randomly appearing again can be weeks

    Hi,

My host won’t do anything to hep unless I pay them £75 which I’m not willing to do

“Warning: this plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.”

Your plugin hasn’t been updated to work with WordPress in three months and that’s about the last time your plugin worked, so it would seem you just need to do the relevant update

I don’t have access to any of that as I’m on a Managed WordPress contract.

It probably doesn’t work because of this message on your plugin’s details

“Warning: this plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.”

ok, it seems to no longer work when my Jetpack plugin is active

I’m not sure how disappearing content caused by your theme is considered an extra service because you want said disappearing content to not disappear. Plus, how can a theme meet anyone’s requirements if it’s the source of disappearing content?

Everyone other possible option to resolve the problem was tried over 4 months and everything ended up pointing to your theme being the problem, and you, as always, were uninterested in helping.

So I didn’t give this honest rating to get you to do anything, I have you this honest rating because of what you had already done, or not done to be more accurate.

I did it as a warning to other people who might want to use your theme, so they’re aware that you’re not interested in resolving issues caused by your theme.

Everyone else in the community has been willing to help problem solve issues they’ve had with there products, so they have nothing to worry about.

Speaking about the community, everyone else I’ve interacted with have always tried to help with troubleshooting, even with issues that have nothing to do with their products. Jetpack’s team have gone above and beyond with helping figure out the true cause of a lot of problems or ways to bypass said issues. As have WordPress Beginners. Both these teams have been extraordinarily helpful over the last 15 months.

That’s why I spent 4 month reaching out to every other source of support before reaching out to you, who couldn’t be bothered to invest more than a few minutes over a couple of emails before telling me to never contact you again. So if you’re going to talk about attitude and how it affects the community, maybe you should look in the mirror.

they’ve not replied to my forum post and are ignoring my emails, sigh. I tested hundreds of themes to find one I liked, but they’re never willing to help when problems arise that could be due to their theme

OK, I’ve posted on my themes forum, but I’ve not had much luck with them helping me when I contacted them via their email support in the past.

By any chance do you know what changed with the new WordPress update which could have caused the theme to not work properly anymore? I’ve been using this theme for 11 months, and it’s only the last few weeks it’s become a problem

I didn’t go over your head, I have zero understanding about anything technical with computers, and just did what the WordPress twitter team told me to do, which was to add ‘modlook’, like I already stated in this post. I had no reason to doubt they’d given me bad advice or that their tag rules would be different: why would they be?

also, if you don’t warn people anywhere not to use modlook, and modlook is ok to use on com, then how are people meant to know before being told off for using modlook?

ok, so how do i get someone from org to actually help with my issues? I’ve never had a reply from any org member to help with any of the problems i’ve reported.

One issue has gone on for over 6 months, no help from org staff.

another is two months old. neither issue has been resolved because no one from org helps. so how am I meant to get them to respond? given that I now have three pending issues
