MailerLite is the newsletter I’m seeking to replace, but there’s not point replacing it until your newsletter works, so there’s no point adding wordpress sign-up forms and widgets until I can get your service to actual send the newsletter.
I don’t know what form you’re referring to with the example.com reference you’re making.
I’ve already tested your newsletter. It hasn’t sent a newsletter on either of the Wednesdays when I have my posts scheduled to be published, but it will send a test newsletter, as I’ve already said
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. However, your reply didn’t tackle the issue I’m having with your newsletter. It should be set up to your new newsletter process, but it’s not sending the newsletters. It will send a test newsletter, but not a newsletter when my posts are published. That’s what I need help with.
going to the Jetpack settings for the Newsletter settings. There was an option when writing a blog post to set newsletter settings, as I remember sending a test one, which worked. But the RSS newsletter never came. I take it things have changed a lot since your newsletters 5 years ago?
I have an open ticket through your app, but your app is buggy as hell and won’t let me send messages to your help team through it. Just “message failed. Tap to retry”, but it never ever goes through
I figured it
sigh. Yeah, there’s the problem. I even checked that before. I hate being dyslexic. I always miss stuff like that. Thanks for the help
hi, no membership level assigned
while I have you. By any chance, do you know how to allow non members to comment on my free to access post? At present it requires membership to leave a comment on my free to access post
They’re weren’t selected for one of the membership levels, but was for the other one. Changing that one and clearing my site cache has fixed the issue. Thanks for your time
this is the one that should be viewable for anyone

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Sitemapmark it as solved. I found another way to sort the issue
I have Silver and Bronze as membership levels, with the Free content now requiring having to sign-up to view.
When I edit my posts it offers to lock it to Silver and Bronze, but I leave them un-ticked so it won’t be locked to a membership level, but it still locks that content to Silver and Bronze
Hi, do you mean that if there are membership levels in the Main Group of Setting > Levels, your plugin will restrict the content regardless of not making a post restricted to any of those levels? Why’s it set up that way?
So if I have any membership levels then plugin will stop me from having non-membership free posts?
My membership levels are silver and bronze, but your plugin has only locked my free post to silver level only
Categories only has General
Tags has Members and Free
Hi, doing that and flushing my site cache seems to have resolved that issue. I guess I misunderstood that setting. That’s dyslexia for you
Now I have another problem. I have a totally of three posts on my membership subdomain, one is meant to be readable regardless of having a membership or not.
Although this post has no membership restrictions set, unlike the other two posts that are restricted to being members only, it’s showing up in my blog feed as a member only post, when it shouldn’t be. Where have I gone wrong this time?
Hi, my previous issue has been resolved.
However, my Blog menu link takes you to a ‘Not Found’ page when visited by someone without a membership rather than displaying the excerpt with the featured image for the post that are paid for content, and the posts of the free content.
All mention of any posts disappears from my ‘Recent Posts’ section in my menu sidebar.
What have I done wrong now or how do I get all these things to appear?
hi, your plugin generates menu links for the pages you generate, but most of them don’t work and just take you to the homepage instead. Membership levels, membership check out, blog, log in, membership confirmation, and your profile all don’t work as they should
