Okay well and one last update ?? I have combined your plugin now with Autoptimize, and disabled the minify and combine options and turned them on in AO.
Now it seems to work awesome!!!

Now YSlow shows only this: This page has 10 external Javascript scripts. Try combining them into one. Requests down to 44 Requests and Total Page Size 962KB.
If u still have an idea to optimize this, i would appreciate it a lot.
