    Hi,

I have the same (very big) problem here. Can support help? Or tell us where we can download a previous working plugin version?

    Thanks for your help,

    Lucia

    Hi,

ok, I’m working on the site’s project, and eventually will contact you later on depending on the client’s decisions.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

thank you very much for your quick answer.

I’m afraid I’m no coder. I could use any code only if you tell me exactly where to paste it, for sure I couldn’t change it and then in future releases it may be overwritten.

    About the date format:
in Italy and most of Europe, the date format is day – month – year: 1-6-2019

Your format is year – month – day: 2019-06-1

And since our pdf will be sent or printed and given to old people, my client think understanding your date format will be a problem for them.

    About plugins:
I am using Contact Form 7 5.1.3, it’s a simple form (fields described in next paragraph plus an acceptance checkbox) I’m using its date field that provides a calendar to insert the date, no additional plugins except yours.

    About my pdf:
My pdf is built with Adobe Indesign, it’s interactive (I don’t know what else you need to know but I can send it to you if it can help) it has text, number and phone fields, one email and one date fields. It works. The only problem is in the date format.

Date format settings on the website is: j F Y

I don’t know if it may help, but I had the same problem with the Contact Form 7 date field that gets printed in the form email and I solved it by wrinting the following code in the mail settings [_format_your-date “d-m-Y”]

Got info to do it here: https://contactform7.com/date-field/

Hope this can help, I tried several plugins but so far yours would be the best solution for us.

    Thanks,
    Lucia

    Hi Emil,

thank you for your answer. No, I don’t see any error printed on screen. I would gladly send you a copy of the theme for your tests, but the problem occurs with the latest release, which can be installed only with its purchase code.

What happens is basically this: Fusion Builder is some drag and drop plugin that let’s you easily build your page with shortcodes. So you insert one element, like a row or a text block and then you can change it by clicking on it and some window opens with the element properties (content, styling and such). When DK PDF is active, the properties window opens but not all properties are visible, some of them can’t be changed, tabs inside the window are not active or changes won’t be saved.

I am afraid this won’t help you much! Unfortunately I had to release the website to my clients and found another plugin that they are evaluating.

But at the moment the site is not published so I could run some tests for you, let me know if it can help.

Onestly I would gladly recommend DK PDF for purchasing, it’s the best I found, easily customized even compared to some premium plugins.

    Thank you for your work,
    best regards,
    Lucia

    Hi Guys,

I am no expert but, it seem to me that when adding the datepicker in the contact form, you can choose “datetime” or “date”. If you choose “date” you will see only the calendar, while by choosing “datetime”, you will get calendar + time.

    Greetings,
    Lucia
