it seems some of the hosts (like WPengine) include a 301 redirect when setting up multiple domains.
You need a host with a Cpanel type setup to do this. I haven’t tried to get this working with Wpengine, but Siteground works.

I’ve done some troubleshooting – this plugin does NOT work with WP Multisite.
I installed via multisite, then tested with the same DNS settings -> didn’t work.
Installed on the same server, kept the DNS settings the same, Single Install – DID work.

I also had to configure Simpleground properly as an AddOn Domain, and then set the root of that domain as the same as the Master domain.

My host is WPengine for this.

I also have WP Multisite, which I think might be the problem (that, combined with WPEngine).
Any chance to look at this again

Remove all the lines added to wp-config.php
Revert back to older .htaccess file or delete it and regenrate it by going to Settings > Permalinks
Remove the two fields added to the users table that are multisite-only (deleted and spam columns).
Remove the following tables in database (prefixed by your DB prefix which is generally wp_):
wp_blogs
wp_blog_versions
wp_registration_log
wp_site
wp_sitemeta
wp_signups
wp_sitecategories (if you have global terms enabled)

I think I am looking for something similar. We’ve been using a pretty bad method for our categories since we started our blog and there were no custom taxonomy’s available.
We have categories for e.g. location (e.g. South Africa, America, England, India). But these are currently under normal categories (sub cats of the main cat “Location”). I have created a new custom taxonomy called Locations, with the matching sub cats.

Is there a way to move the one taxonomy classification over to a new one? I.e. move the old Locations to a new custom taxonomy?

I would love such a plugin and probably pay a once-off fee for it.

Just a bump up here – I really would like this functionality as well.

I’m also really keen on this. How does it work if the analytics tag is installed in the footer, and will also display on any of the other pages?

I have this same issue.
I have a slightly custom setup with my domain – I had to define my URLs due to some issue with HTACCESS.
This is in my wp-config:

define(‘WP_HOME’,’https://www.domain.co.za/site’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’https://www.domain.co.za’);

I’m also using a different URL for the actual site than for WP.

It seems the URL that the plugin is posting to does not include the WWW part of the domain, which might be part of the issue?

The plugin runs fine on one of my other sites though.

Seems I got it fixed when I changed some settings in the toolbar, but now the options for embedding aren’t showing at all.

I’m getting a similar problem.
I disable all my plugins, then add them one by one. Whenever I enable Vipers Tags the plugin page only loads a quarter of the way.

I’m not sure which plugin this is. Ovidiu, which plugin was it for you?

We need to create quite a few custom mobile page templates. Was this solved with this?

I had an issue a while back where MU was stripping out the html. You need to download the unfiltered HTML plugin.

I’m having the same problem, I can connect to the server using Localhost and also the URL. however I can’t locate the WP install dir.
