I tried all possible options with atom (web optimised) in Handbrake. However, nothing (only WEBMs on Chromium) works for playing MP4 on Chromium: Version 64.0.3271.0 (Developer Build) (32-bit).
Can you provide any Chromium compatible MP4 for testing?
Here is Mp4 web optimised (moov atom).

I wanted to learn how to rencode that file to get it work with Chromium.

I only wanted to use sidebar/content/sidebar on home page with possibility to have Left Sidebar & Right SideBar in customiser (Widgets) but for home page I have only Right SideBar and in customiser > Widgets I haved only Right SideBar (and footers) .I do not use sidebar/content/sidebar in Blog

What wrong might be with mp4 metadata ? Wrong moov atom position ?

With my slow speed I have to wait a lot. On youtube, if choose a low res (for ex. 180p) I can rewind without waiting until entire file is loaded.

Thank you for the responses.
It is still a bit unclear to me. Why there is (exists) some plugins even premium ones, if all work can be done with .htaccess (add some line of code) and database change (replace http to https) and all that without plugins.
