Hi,
First upload the logos to your media library.
(One standard size and one double the size for retina)
Depending on the design of your logo usually 185x80px
Then
Select “Appearance”
Then “Customize”
Then “Header”
Then “Logo”
Once you select the logos, make sure to hit publish.

Good morning Jānis,
I just wanted to touch base and let you know that all of a sudden everything is working fine.
During the period that I had this issue, the admin bar (on top) had also disappeared, but for some strange reason the bar appeared again and now when I deactivate the Admin Menu Editor, everything works fine.
It was a strange quirk, but if and when it happens again I’ll make sure to dig deeper and try to troubleshoot the issue.

I found the issue.
There seems to be a conflict between the two plugins
Admin Menu Editor & CQPIM Project Management
When I disable the CQPIM plugin and then deactivate your Admin Menu Editor, then everything is fine and my admin menu is intact.
But the moment I activate CQPIM, the menu disappears.
