why not achive this with regular elementor sections and set the background image to fixed. to me it looks like it will be the same effect.

But to be honest this can not happen at all.
If your website slow maybe it is lacking of php memory.
I also noticed you wrote the same review for 3 diffrent plugins so maybe it was a diffrent plugin causing your website to be slow.

I am sorry you are disappointed.
Unlimited Elements is a widget library and widget framework for creating custom widgets. We strive to give users as much as we can in our free version but we cant give all our features for free since this is not a hobby for us but our main source of income. I am sure you have a Job also and do not work for free. Our widget library is much more than just post widgets you can find tons of free widgets there if u browse between the diffrent categories. yes, there is option. in PRO version. there is option to run shortcodes, get data from PHP and run php actions from the widget.
There is code exampples in the plugin that explains how to do it.
Also, the post list could work with custom filters.
