please use the dropdown instead of the radio the radio does not have responsive controls also in elementor native widgets as you can see. but dropdown with css selector will work.

The loop grid items are the same height by default you just need to set the background and border using the widgets settings and not from with the loop item.

to fix it to bottom you need to utilize the fixed position option in elementor advanced tab. its not a setting in the widget but a general setting u can set in elementor for every element.

You have pasted the section to your header or footer instead to the page.

Unfortunately we dont have that feature but I will check if we can add it for future versions.
